My Support Identifier doesn't appear in the User Detail section after selecting them in the Users an

I'm trying to removed users and my Support Identifier doesn't appear in the User Detail section after selecting them in the Users and Support Identifiers section. What do I do? Previously, I was able to remove Support Identifiers.
