Receiving PO Error "Distribution AAI Number 4315 is invalid"

I have checked My Oracle Support and found doc id 2937098.1. However, I am not getting anywhere with this. It is saying to check line types, but I'm not finding a new line type that could have been made on accident. Wondering if there are any other solutions?
