EAM tables | columns to consider in audit trail for MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliance

We are on Oracle eBS R12.2.9

For MCA ((Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliance in India, we are advised to put certain master | transaction tables under audit trail. For EAM, we need to know names of such tables and columns.

Anybody from the team has any information about the table-names and columns (list)? If so, please consider sharing the same. Also please share other suggestions or observations for this activity like implications in performance (if any).
