Change in Cash Pool Bank Accounts or deletion of Cash Pool Bank Accounts for Sweep & Bank Transfer

We are implementating Automated Bank Transfer using Cash Pool and Sweep Generation programs in Cash Management. While testing we noticed that Cash Pool can not be deleted but it can be only end dated. Even if we end date the Cash Pool, it does not allow to use earlier used bank accounts( Master as well as child) in new cash pool. How we can manage in case we need to make change in Cash Pool? I also noticed it allow to change master as well as child bank accounts but once created Cash Pool
