Troubleshooting EXPROUTING Workflow Expiration

JDE 9.2.7.3

We are having an intermittent issue where users are reporting not receiving e-mail notifications from the EXPROUTING Workflow process, triggered by Expense Management report submission for approval.

Reviewing the information in P98860, I can see that there is an active workflow task for the user reporting the issue, but the unopened message that was sent to the user has an Expiration UTime of exactly 1 minute after the message was sent.


This is an intermittent issue, that occurs sporadically for only a few users, so capturing logs in the Workflow Kernel may be difficult (I assume it wouldn't be a good idea to turn logging on a leave it for any length of time)... so my questions are:
