FS_CLONE failing

Hi, I am facing an issue where fs_clone is failing.

The context file name on the application for the patch instance is upper case in the patch system and in the db which is correct.

The context file name for the run system in the application in upper case but in the db its lower case which is not correct.

So, when doing a fs clone, its calling the name of the context file in the run system from the db which is lowercase.

If we upload the context file that's on the run system to the db shutdown the apps run auto config then bring the system up, will that resolve the issue?
