How can we distinct campaign and loyalty traffic on siebel servers. The TPS of our campaign is slow and we think it’s behind the queue of loyalty.Can we specify threads for campaign ?

Our siebel deployment is used for both campaign and loyalty.

Our Siebel design is Cluster based Design which is consist of below Nodes:

• 3 SAI nodes

• 3 Gateway nodes

• 3 SS (Siebel server nodes)

RAM and CPU of Siebel servers:

RAM:94

CPU:20
