Putting a PR/PO Variation through to a Closed Address

Hi, we have been using Oracle for close to 7 years now

I am surprised this has not been an issue in the past. We are are a large organisation and open/close offices with regularity . The offices defined PERWSLOC ~ see attached

The address in PERWSLOC then translates to the Deliver-To Location in the PR-PO

Now we have come across old PR-PO where we need to put a variation through. The old PR-PO references the closed location & the variation fails until we take the end date out of PERWSLOC.

Is there anyway to update all the lines of the PR-PO to a different, open address?
