Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. A new installation. "Repository configuration" at 54% and log shows:

INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:Still Running...

Tried what was suggested here

EM 13.4C : Installation stuck at 50% at Repository Configuation due to locked statistics in sysman schema. (Doc ID 2710281.1)

That did not help.

Any ideas?
