Is it possible de connect an existing sales order (42) to an ETO project?

One of our Branch (A) unit is responsible of all new development. This branch (A) is using the ETO module to follow cost and planning. In some case, this branch(A) doesn't receive the order from our customer but the order is coming in another branch(B). We would like that the CSR from branch(B), enter the customer sales order and after that the csr from branch(A) connect this sales order to the ETO in branch(A)
