Processing Factor Rate

Hello, I would like to know how we can eliminate in a simple way the error encountered "Processing Rate Factor Rule is not allowed as the property to process rate factor rule in memory is enabled"

We are currently updating our Fuel Surcharge list for the month of January and when processing using the available Actions, error occurs. Thanks in advance on your inputs
