How to enable prompt message when Location has been created / Rename?

Product: Oracle E-Business Suite

Product Version: 12.2.4

Operating System: Linux x86-64

OS Version: Oracle: Linux 6


Hi Experts,

I am seeking your assistance on how to enable a prompt message in Location using form personalization. For instance, when a new location is created or renamed, a window should pop up and inform the user that the location has been created or renamed when they click the save button. Could you please help me with this?

Global Super HRMS Manager -> Work Structures -> Location
