Help with Depreciation formula

Hi, I need some help with Depreciation calculation in JDE.

My requirement is to depreciate an asset using diminishing value of asset (NBV) and it should depreciate at 18.75% for first year as per depreciation start date and 37.5% from second year onwards. 

How can this be achieved in JDE?
