Is it possible to patch Opatch on WIN64 in silent mode?

OPatch version  : 12.2.0.1.15

OUI version     : 12.2.0.7.0

CASE: Update the Opatch in the current installation on WIN11 via silent mode, cause of Central software distribution

Long:

Dear community,

I need to patch existing FullClient installations via a central software distribution. To do this, I need to install the latest Opatch in advance.

There is a solution for Linux: https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20Database%20Products/966023_1.html

Can I create a response file on a Windows system so that I can then patch the opatch in silent mode?
