Vertex integration with Oracle R12.2.10

Hi,

For United States Operating Unit, we use Vertex engine to calculate taxes in AR.

Before upgrading to R12.2.10 (previous version R12.1.3) and move the servers to cloud, we used to upload the Vertex files manually each year. How does this work with R12.2.10 in cloud? Since the upgrade, in September-2023, we noticed the rates are up to date and the last upload we did in previous version was more than 2 years ago. Is it possible that the vertex files were included in the upgrade patches?
