Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Maps in OTM v6.4.3

We're recently upgraded to OTM v6.4.3 with that Maps has been moved to use workbenches and Oracle Elocation cloud services.

And we have been noticing few issues with this new maps functionalities and wondering if anyone has faced similar issues,

Actual routing in the maps aren't being displayed on a consistent basis. Sometimes it shows the route and other times it doesn't. Takes multiple tries before we can get it working.
Is there an option to view the stop details when we hover over the particular stop on the maps? There is "Show Details Hover" button on the top of the map but that shows all the stops for the selected shipment and that button needs to be enabled every time as well.
