Cafe One - When do you want to see the content frame

Hello Mentors,

We are calling an URL for a 3rd party and we do plan to pass a variable parameter. The problem is if that variable parameter is blank then the Cafe One page says no data is displayed.

I do see there is a feature called "When do you want to see the content frame" based on condition. My criteria is if the variable field is Non Blank only then display the CafeOne. But currently its the exact value it takes when i map the variable. So what is happening is the CafeOne Page is only displayed for 1 set of data.
