Require the DFF attributes mandatory or non-mandatory dynamically based on another attribute value

Oracle Finance version 12.2.9

My Transaction Information DFF has eight attributes, one of the attributes is associated with a value set of Transaction types and based on this attribute value the other attributes should become mandatory or non-mandatory.

Is there any possibility to make the attribute values mandatory or non-mandatory based on the first attribute value which has transaction types.
