PARTITIONING table internals

Hi,

Oracle 2 node RAC on OL8 - version 19.15

We are trying to partition a table using ALTER table modify PARTITION clause.

Is there any way we can track the internal activity happening?

e.g. activity and/or transactions happening to temp table/journal table and how it map the new DMLS/rows from source table and when it refreshes the temp table etc..
