How run Essbase Configurator 21.3 on existing configuration.

Essbase 21.3 on Windows

On the initial configuration the Identity Provider step was skipped. We now need to run only that one step (8) to enable EPM and windows Service. We are unable to without undoing what we have already configured. How can we set this up on an existing configuration?
