Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

OPatch 12.2.0.1.41 for DB 21.0.0.0.0 (Jan 2024) (Patch)

Link description says 12.2.0.1.41 but Opatch/version.txt is reporting 12.2.0.1.40 and

./opatch -version

reports 12.2.0.1.40. Also there is on change in jre version it is still jre8u391. So what is difference between 12.2.0.1.40 and 12.2.0.1.41 ?
