IRS Letter 1865C Received
We received a letter from the IRS (1865C) that indicates our 2022 Forms 1094 or 1095 were rejected for processing. The letter is quite vague and doesn't point to a specific issue. They have a phone number you can call, which has a voicemail telling you that if you received this letter, to resubmit your files in landscape and as originals. We used the delivered ACA functionality within PeopleSoft.
Has anyone run into this issue? How did you fix it?
