How to use 'Cancellation Risk', 'Cancellation Reason', 'Amount' features in service contracts?

How to use 'Cancellation Risk', 'Cancellation Reason', 'Amount' features for forecasting in service contracts?

I am able to put data in the fields but after renewing the contract, i am not able to see any difference/effect of the estimation data in the renewed contract.

How does this work and how to leverage this?
