Error When Opening File With Winzip

I am trying to open the Oracle Weblogic Stack Patch Bundle file with Winzip as I had problems with trying to unzip the contents of the previous October 2023 Stack Patch bundle on the Linux server as well and it seems that I am also getting multiple error messages when trying to open the file. Last time, I ended up having to download the individual patches. Is this something Oracle can fix on their end?
