Peoplesoft - How to merge 2 Employees into 1?

Hello!

We had an incident where an employee was mistakenly entered into PSFT twice. The first, incorrect entry was there for a few weeks and went through payroll and all that before the mistake was discovered and the second correct entry was made. Is it possible to merge/combine the activity that has occurred on the first mistaken employee record with the new, correct employee record?
