OL8 boot problems

I am trying to create an OLVM lab

Laptop1 is the repo server - old fujitsu laptop with 8G ram - works fine with OL8 installed via DVD ROM

OLD Lenovo Desktop(4G ram) - OLVM engine - works fine with OL8 installed via DVD ROM

Laptop2 will be the host on which the VMs - Newer Fujitsu laptop with UEFI boot. The OL8 boot/install DVD will not boot, getting a shim error.


I have looked everywhere and cannot find anyway that will let me do an efi boot with this DVD.

I did not see any EFI options when I downloaded the ISO I used to create the boot/install DVD.
