How do you turn on the functionality to add an associated spec. section to mat. spec. in GSM?

Oracle PLM  v6.2.2.0

Functionality to add the associated spec section to materials that would allow the user to attach the output specification of the formula in the Related spec tab in the GSM Module.


Previously had the function as noted in screenshot but no longer have this option:
