Is Oracle 19.22 RAC with AFD supported on RHEL 9.

I am trying to upgrade my 2 node cluster from RHEL 7.9 to 9.1. I removed one node a while back, had issues with 19.20 GI/DB, and have been waiting for 19.22 when I was told this would be resolved. I applied the RU to RAC and went thru the steps to add a node. All went fine until running root scrips when I got the error message on step 17 (starting cluster) -->

CLSRSC-117: (Bad argc for has:clsrsc-117)

Died at <$GI_home>/crs/install/crsinstall.pm line 2114.

My /etc/oracleafd.conf, /etc/afd.conf appear to have proper permissions and entries. I tried to manually start AFD and got ASMCMD-9530: The AFD state in 'NOT SUPPORTED'.
