Portuguese Billing Transactions Signature Generation Program

Hi,

I have created AGIS transactions in our Portugal ledger (testing). After I have completed the transactions I run the XX Portugal: Invoice Print Selected Invoices (Multiple Languages) which generates a print out with a QR code on it. This is working for most AGIS relationships. But when I create a transaction between Portugal and the USA, a QR code is not generated on the print out. What could be causing this?
