Hyperion Planning reconfigure to SSL enabled database

Version 11.2.14

We configured the Hyperion new environment 11.2.14 with using the Oracle database connection Non SSL TCP/IP connection. Now we been asked to changed the non ssl database connection with SSL enabled TCPS/IP connection.

So Far we done following steps

  1. Import the root certificate for the database server for SSL JDBC into EPM configuration keystore.
  2. Re run the configurator and at shared service database connection went to the advance and enter the SSL connection information.
  3. But after that we got certificate error. We checked the database certificate and it works for SQL client but somehow it is not working for JDBC connection
