Procurement documents in multiple languages

We have some divisions of our company that have legislative requirements to have all documents in French. We are primarily an English company.

Require the ability for all documents to be generated in French as well as English. Specifically Procurement (Contracts, Agreements, Purchase Orders) and include the document headers and all details that are automatically generated. Where can we start on identifying how to set this up?

Require options to switch back and forth, on a per PO basis. Thank-you!
