How to avoid users from terminate jobs on JDE E1?

Hi Community!

I'm seeking assistance. Does anyone know how to prevent certain users/roles, using security measures, from being able to terminate jobs on P986110B in JDE?

I believe we should apply security by row. However, I would also like to know if there is a way to prevent users from terminating specific types of jobs processed by certain users.

Here is our system details:

JDE EnterpriseOne Tools Release:  9.2.6.3
