Future Committment and Credit Hold

Distribution - JDE E1 (MOSC)

According to documentation, future committed orders are not put on credit hold. We are having SI SK OK type of orders. Which branch plant's committment days are used?

Selling Header Co - 999 days

Supplying Detail Co - 7 days

also, I have mixed situations. for the same Selling and supplying companies, I have one order C2 hold and another was not on C2 hold. Both have future committed quantities. What can be the possible reasons?
