How to delete Extended Job Master Record F5108

There are many Business Units/Jobs in the F5108 that are not actual jobs. These non-job BUs have Budget Start and Stop data. I want to remove these non-job Business Units. I tried to delete the Budget Start and Stop data but getting error message "Budget Thru/Start Century has an invalid data dictionary value". How can I delete these non-job Business Units from the F5108? Do you know will there be any implications if there were deleted.
