Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Issue when interfacing invoices to AR from Project Billing - Colombian localizations

We are facing errors in Auto-Invoice specific to the Colombian localizations while interfacing the invoices from Project Billing to AR as below "

Required parameter missing transaction condition class oracle.

Can anyone tell me what setup is required to resolve this error.
