Cycle count and Picked Order

Hello,

right now the Cycle Count is running and is asking the user to check the quantity based on quantity on hand.

The issue here is that the quantity on hand does not reflect always what is on the shelf since some items are picked and moved to a box to be shipped (the box is hanging in the warehouse for weeks, before being relly shipped and ship confirmed for some business need).

There's any way to run the cycle count just on what is on really on the shelf excluding what is committed on the orders?
