Per Diem does not display the Number of Days column

Hello

We have a weird situation. The Per Diem does not display the ‘Number of Days” Column on the main Per Diem page.

However, this is only for one Template. The other Templates show this column.

I’ve ensured that the setup is all correct. I’m not sure what I’m missing here.

Any help is really appreciated. 

We are on R12.2

I've attached some screeshots that might help.
