customization on ReqImport-stop processing specific records (Dropship)

How to stop ReqImport to stop processing specific records (Dropship) from po_requisitions_interface_all, I want to pick dropship records through custom program and process it?

I tried updating processing flag but still Reqimport is picking records from interface table.
