Is the bug 35981155 has been fixed with 24A update?

On making any change to Award budget and baselining it, the Award card still shows the earlier details. Award Infolet and Project budget show different Budget amounts.

Earlier provided a workaround for this issue. Is the issue is fix now with 24A update?
