PC Miler web services - Distance results not consistent

Hello,

Has anyone using PC Miler web services for rate distance inquiry in OTM seeing issues with inconsistent distance results back from PC Miler for the same lane that is queried days/week apart?

We're seeing similar issues where the mileage changes from anywhere between a mile to 10 miles for the same zip to zip if we make a distance inquiry on different days. PC Miler support says that it is bound to happen if we use their current data set instead of Base data set and asking to configure OTM to send in the request to use the Base data set on the SOAP request that we send in. I don't see an option in OTM to do that.
