ARCS Open reconciliations Reporting batch script

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

We are facing one issue related to batch script for ARCS environment. In the script we are executing two different reports for same month, one with pdf extension and one with xlsx extension, but pdf report is getting executed as per the given month in the script xlsx report is running for previous month . In our case in the script, we have defined Dec-2023 month and pdf report is working accurate but xlsx report is running for Nov-2023 month. Kindly advise on the same and suitable time to connect over call for this issue.
