JDE Change assistant tool giving below error

Hi Folks,

We are getting the below error in change assistant tool and anyone faced this issue and anyone knows how to resolve this?

We are supplying the correct password still we are not able to connect, last oct 2023 we connected and applied ASI with this tool itself. Please let us know
