I am seeking assistance in migrating the existing legacy environment to the most recent versions on a new server. Kindly furnish me with the recommended upgrade paths for the following:

OS version: RHEL 5 TO RHEL 9

DB version: Oracle Enterprise Edition 11.2.04 to 19.19 SE 2

Apex version: 5.1.4 TO 23.2.2

ORDS version: 3.0.9.348.07.16 to 23.4.0
