Oracle EBS 12.2 Upgrade fails with Error Unzip Failed for no reason

Hello Folks, I was hired to do an EBS upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.2.13 for a critical installation running 24/7

OS was already upgraded form solaris 10 to solaris 11.4

I did the Database upgrade from 10G r2 to 11.2.0.4

I did download the EBS12.2 and built the stage.

the upgrade is showing an error on 53% that the unzip was failed for no reason

the logs are showing the following

the inst log
