Extract Attribute returning special character '?' in place of 'ã'

Hi Team,We have an Extract having attribute(pagmtoCorrei) which is a String Value as “Não”.The extract output xml returns the same attribute value as below:--

<pagmtoCorrei>N?o</pagmtoCorrei>
