How to Suppress BIP Output from being Sent by Email when there is no Data Retrieved. Oracle Cloud

I have created a report that runs in Oracle Cloud and sends its PDF output by email to an email account. My question is this: is it possible to somehow make it so that the email is only sent if the report has data in it? I don't want it to be sent when it is empty. The sending of the email is done by BURSTING
