How to fix Shared Svcs err Invalid or could not find module configuration "cas.containers.tadpole" ?

Oracle EPM 11.2.14 On-prem w/ Planning, Essbase 11.1.2.4

All services start successfully and I can log into the Workspace as Admin.

Note: When Workspace pops up (prior to log on) I get this error: A "Not Found" error occurred communicating with the server. http://<servername>:19000/interop/conf/audit/auditReleaseConfig.xml Status: 404 - Not Found and a bunch of html code I am able to click through this error and still log in to the Workspace (I have been trying to resolve this error as well)

I am able to get into Planning, Explore reports and Calc Manager no problem

When I try to go into Shared Services, I get this error:
