Issue with 33427786,

in Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC)

We patch Patch 33427786: DIAGNOSTIC TRACING IMPROVEMENT IN SERVER MANAGEABILITY AREA, but after that we don't see the parameter to modify, we want to configure alter system set "_time_threshold_to_reboot_mmon_slv"=86400 scope=both, nut this parameter is not in the database.
