We migrated our applications from Solaris 6/9 to Solaris 11.4 are having problems with setuid

After migrating to Solaris 11.4, the scripts which we setuid does not run the shell scripts using the account to which it was set. When we do this on a compiled app, the app runs under the correct account. Is there a setting that we need to change?
