Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I'm trying to upgrade using opatch from 18.6 to 19.13 and git the error

The java.library.path system variable is missing or invalid. Please set java.library.path with a correct value and retry the operation.

with error code

OPatch failed with error code 255
